Devotional4You Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Devotional4You mobile application (the "App") provided by KlawApps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

Account Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

We use Google Firebase services for essential app functionality, including user authentication, analytics, crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), and messaging. Your use of the App is also subject to Google Firebase's terms of service and privacy policy. These services help us maintain app security, improve performance, and provide you with a better user experience.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KlawApps, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to use the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KlawApps and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Brazil.
